Bio-Digestible plastics are an alternative for the traditional plastics, they are made from plant based materials that are friendly to your gut, used mainly in the consumables industry, it is available in different thickness, transparent, semi-transparent and as coatings.

PBAT or polybutylene adipate terephthalate and PLA or polylactic acid are both biodegradable and compostable plastic, PBAT is made by polybutylene adipate and polyethylene terephthalate and PLA is made by lactic acid from corn, hemp, sugarcane etc, both have different properties and strengths giving them different uses, it is available in different sizes and thickness.

Bio-digestible pellets or nurdles are the building block from which the bio-digestible plastic product is made, they are less than 5mm in size and more melted and molded into the final form, bio-digestible pellets are the same as regular plastic pellets and is compliant with the conventional machinery, it is available in different grades and sizes.

PLA, PBAT pellets or biodegradable granules are like regular plastic pellets, they are mostly molded into films, bottles, medical devices, screws, pins etc, set to biodegrade within 6-12months, it is available in different grades, composition and sizes.

RSS or ribbed smoked sheets are coagulated rubber sheets made by the latex of rubber trees, types of which are determined by the kind of chemical processing, smoke or air drying (dried by hot air and sodium bi-sulphate is used during bulking giving them their white colour) and color, they are used to make end products in most of the rubber industries, medical, pharmaceutical, engineering, tires etc, it is available in different grades depending on quality and application, rss1x, rss 1 - 5 & air dried sheet/ads.

ISNR or Indian standard natural rubber / block rubber is processed according to international standards organization rather than visual grading, making it technically certified, it is made by soaking, cleaning, size reducing, crumbling, washing, drying and baling, they are used in high performance tyres, medical, engineering and heavy machinery, footwear, general rubber products etc, it is available in 6 grades depending on various factors, isnr3cv, isnr3l, isnr5, isnr10, isnr20 & isnr50.

Crepe rubber is one of the purest form of natural rubber, made from, latex, cup lumps, coagulum, rss cuttings or scraps etc, by straining, fractionation, bulking, bleaching, coagulation, milling & drying, it is mostly used for footwear, food products, pharmaceuticals, medical, adhesives etc, it is available in plc1x, plc 1-3, ebc1x, ebc 1-3, re-milled crepe, smoked sheet crepe & scrap crepe.

Latex is the milky fluid of polymer microparticles in water, it is found in various plants and trees but the main commercial source is from the tree hevea brasiliensis, it is processed by centrifugation into 60% & 4-6% dry rubber, latex is the basic raw material for all rubber products manufactured and is commercially split into high and low ammonia based, it is available in different grades, centrifuged, double centrifuged, special or custom grade, creamed, low or high ammonia latex concentrate etc.
